When Roger was a young child he went with his parents to view a house that they were considering buying and whilst they were looking around the house, Roger decided to play in the garden. He was running all around the garden and ran straight into the lime pit at the bottom of the garden. His parents were horrified and embarrassed when he turned up at the back door covered in lime and looking white from head to toe. His mother Helen was none too pleased with him. They did end up buying the house, a small three bedroomed semi-detached,number 13 Byron Drive, Rotherham.
